My question is pretty basic. If I am winning the battle with Candida, do I have to see it coming out in my stool?

I know I still have Candida because of my symptoms (discharge, bloating, etc). On the other hand I feel like something might be working or starting to work because I get sick for an hour or two after I take my Candida meds (I'm on week three) and some of my symptoms are lessening, just not gone. I check my stool very thoroughly and have not seen anything. Can Candida be microscopic like some parasites or must I see something to know the Candida is dead and leaving my body?
