Here are few things that might help.
First, make sure you are nutritionally supporting your liver. This may mean supplementation. The "healthy" fats are good - like cod liver oil, coconut oil, and lecithin. You might do ok to eat eggs and fish between flushes, but not too much as there is a cholesterol concern. Also keep in mind that fats take lots of energy to digest. Another food that might help is Turmeric. It inceases bile production.
Second, you could try light massage of the liver area (very light), or better, work your stomach muscles in all different directions to try and mix everything up. Also, try raising yourself to the tips of your toes, then relax your stomach and drop down onto your heels, letting your stomach stretch with each impact.
I'm not sure how other supplements, such as milk thistle and glutathione would work, but they should help. Be careful with this, as I have never read anyting about combining a flush with these supplements.
Finally, don't panic and use a number of sporadic treatments in no particular order. It's hard to keep yourself together, but the final solution will probably be to take all of the unrelated suggestions you have received here, and combine them into a more powerful flush. The order of combination will be the most important. Your liver probably only builds up enough bile for a flush every so often, and bile is the key ingredient, so decide which steps put bile in the bank, which ones spend it, then save up for a big expenditure.
