I had a makeshift earthing setup with a plug connected to the wire which was connected to what I made a bracelet. I found sleeping with something wrapped around my ankle or wrist was like wearing a shackle. I did it a while and it inhibited me from cuddling with my partner and rolling over.
What the solution was was to have either a sheet or a strand of conducive fabric connected to the grounding cord.- Re: Sleeping and Earthing Iolite

This is a reply to # 1,889,837I found a site that sells conductive fabric very cheaply it's 50" wide and I bought 9 feet for around $50+shipping.

They also sell wire with a grounding plug and a clip that you can clip on the sheet. They also sell a metal "stake" that you can connect to the wire and put in the ground. I haven't done that yet, I just have the sheet. I don't know if it's the sheet or if my adrenals are getting better, but I'm sleeping deeper and longer.
