Hello everyone...been on Iodine for 1 year now mostly on 50mgs a day.But for the last 3 months up it to 100mg.
The pain in my lower back was massive and my right hip was so bad l could hardly sleep....
Then gone...gone not slowly just gone.l'm doing salt pushes and all the right vitamins.And l also broke out with l large rash over my face.So did a liver cleanse,kidney teas and coffee enemas every day as normal.
Anyone had this.....
ps till having lots of mucus coming out of my eyes every morning when l wake since starting iodine.
Plus for the last 3 months l having been putting 1/4 tsp of borax in my coffee enemas and same in my drinking water every third day or so.
