I'd just like to say that I agree that mercury is my main problem and has been for most of my life.
The only problem is now, I don't think that my body can deal with high mercury exposure from drilling.
My copper and adrenals must be so screwed up that my collagen is rapidly wasting, which is affecting my skin, blood vessels, joints/spine and also, myelin sheath.
Bioavailable copper is required for the following enzyme systems (and more)...
- lysyl oxidase (for building/maintaining collagen)
- cytochrome c oxidase (for mitochondrial energy production)
- superoxide dismutase (master anti-oxidant)
I know for one that I can't build collagen anymore, so I'm getting wrinkles everywhere that my skin is thinning - that's tragic, even though I know how to rebuild collagen.
(lysyl oxidase deficiency)
If I don't consume carbs according to my 30 minute timer, I start to lose collagen and pee more and more bubbles.
(maybe cytochrome c oxidase deficiency)
If I breathe car fumes or perfume, something in my vascular system hurts or breaks.
(superoxide dismutase deficiency)
I have all of the hallmarks of severe, worsening copper deficiency, almost to the point of life threat.
Right now, I'm trying to facilitate the removal of copper using FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna)
sauna, ox bile, taurine/TMG, saturated fatty diet, liver/GB bile moving herbs etc.
I get weird dumping type effects when I combine the ox bile, taurine and TMG. I also get weird brain effects while I'm enjoying the FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna)
sauna. Sometimes coffee enemas
will give me transient brain effects.
My mercury problem in the brain is massive. I recently did a glutathione enema with only a tiny amount and there was a massive movement of mercury in my brain, which knocked me off my feet within seconds and left me with peripheral neuropathy, autistic thinking and transient pins and needles in places. That was the biggest reaction I've ever felt in my body. From this, I think I would prefer to all metallothionein to move metals rather than forcible chelation with AC's protocol etc.
Does anyone have any thoughts here?
I'm scared to take zinc because I'm sure it worsens my severe copper deficiency symptoms.
I've been trying to get copper from food, but I'm not sure I can absorb or bind it, but I know that you need some copper for ceruloplasmin (the molecule contains copper).
One thing I do know is that I'm full of metallic copper from intentionally drinking water from a copper cup (old ayurvedic practice).
It is terrible to watch my body fall to pieces, knowing that I am such a creative and motivated person.
It seems that nobody is this bad with copper imbalance to the point where it's life-threatening. This is not me dramatising, but just standing back in baffling disbelief of how unique my situation has become.
My sodium/potassium levels are very low too.
My cortisol is normal/high/high/high, so I know my adrenals can kick out hormones.
