I've looked at your blood sugar protocol and think it's a bit complicated for me. I am on several medications and I take them different times of the day and also remembering to eat once an hour is too much for me, especially with my memory problems. Is there a simpler way to get one's blood sugar under control? Thank you.
That's about as simple as it can come. Other ways that I've seen involve taking supplements and aren't as effective. You can get a watch with an alarm and set it for every hour.
