There is a herb called "Chaste tree." Its botanical name is "Vitex agnus-castus." Historically was named "Chaste" tree, as that is what it was used for. It is used to reduce excessive hormones. You may want to use it. (It is also ideal for endometriosis).

Also avoid all high energy foods and drinks, particularly those containing added sugar.

Avoid eating too much.

Have a healthy diet, containing a balanced variety of natural unprocessed foods.

You may also use the herb Licorice, also called Liquorice, for the adrenal fatigue. It is ideal to purchase the 1:1 liquid extract. Licorice is not recommended for people with fluid retention or high blood pressure.

You already know about iodized salt.

It is very possible and likely even that Iodine could be a big help to you. Your symptoms as you describe them are some classic hypothyroid symptoms and since the iodized salt helped a tiny bit you might try taking more. The problem is not excessive masturbation. It is very good that you are running your sexua| energy and having many cllmaxs. The problem is that you need to replenish neurotransmitters like acetycholine, Dopamine, Serotonin, GABA, etc etc. This is where the depletion is.

I wonder if you have low estrogen and high T and DHT. Maybe you have a problem with the enzyme that makes the conversion-- aromatase. Do a search on the net for it.

My girlfriend has an undiagnosed chronic illness, I've been reading and learning for the last 2+ years. I've learned so many things, and some if it is hard to explain, so I just want to run through some things for you to start learning, and then you can ask me questions and we can try to focus directly on what you are dealing with.

To start, I highly recommend looking up the Andreas Moritz Liver Cleanse book ( http://www.truthkeeperz.com/andreas.moritz.-.the.amazing.liver.cleanse.pdf ). DO NOT do the cleanse yet, it can be extremely hard on the kidneys and adrenals and chances are you will get very sick if you attempt it, but we need to fist learn and understand on some sort of platform, or frame work, and then direct our focus on your specific illness, symptoms, etc. From everything I've seen, this is the most likely thing to help people suffering from chronic illness of any kind.

So, follow the link I posted and read the book. Then go to youtube and search "andreas mortiz [insert symptom or disease name here]". Get an understanding of his approach to how the body works, and how everything is so interconnected.

One thing I would do as you start to read his book, jump down and find the recipe for the kidney cleanse tea. It has really helped me over come some fatigue, and it helps me girlfriend as well. During the liver cleanse, you will absorb toxicity from toxic liver matter in your intestines that you are trying to expel. This toxicity will no doubt burden the kidneys as they attempt to filter many of these substances out of your blood plasma, and as this irritation from these substances in the body comes into play, you will no doubt find yourself with a cortisol reaction.

Chronically high cortisol levels can eventually lead to where the mechanism that turns off cortisol reactions does not work, and you will be stuck in this cycle. DHEA is helpful in stopping this out of control high cortisol loop, but it also can lead to other side effects. But you don't want to get to a point where you need DHEA on a regular basis. If you do take it, start at about 50mg / day around 6-8pm (a couple hours before bed) and work up to 200mg per day over a week, then work back down to 50mg and stop taking it. But again, use it as an emergency supplement try not to rely on it.

When something stimulates you, emotional, physical, mental, etc Cortisol is released as a natural reaction. The hypothalamus has cortisol receptors on it, which when activated by cortisol, tells the anterior pituitary gland to release ACTH which flows in the blood and tells the adrenals to turn off cortisol production. Chronically high cortisol will eventually burn out the cortisol receptors in the hypothalamus, which means that it will not tell the pituitary glad to make ACTH and not tell the adrenals to turn off cortisol. So once something starts a cortisol reaction, it quickly gets out of control. You will probably stop sleeping. The hypothalamus will become damaged and your memory will be affected. Your intestinal lining will start to break down (leading to "leaky gut" or increase intestinal permeability). Your immune system will become unbalanced, low TH1 (white blood cells and the like) and high TH2 (antibodies) - this is one source of auto immune disease, the TH2 will likely attach mostly to dietary substances in the intestines / gut, then, what TH1 you do have will swarm these antibodies causing intestinal inflammation, affecting your digestion negatively. Once this whole cortisol cycle starts, it can be very hard to reign it back in. DHEA was key for my girlfriend to break the cycle. Please research DHEA more on your own online, so you know what side effects to look for, dosages, etc. Taking too much DHEA can also cause cortisol reaction, so it is important to read for yourself. Also, the first time you take it, take it in the morning to asses if it affects you negatively or not. It can take a day or two to start affecting you positively.

After drinking the kidney tea for about a month (Again, from Andreas Mortiz book The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush), asses how you are feeling at that time. Try the DHEA and see if that helps, know how much to take and how it affects you. BUY AN ENEMA BAG! No one can really afford to do a colonic on daily or weekly basis at +/- $70 a pop, the next best thing is an at home enema. They have it at Walmart for like $18-$20. I can not stress enough how important this is, without it you could potentially kill yourself. It's that serious. After a Liver Flush my girlfriend gets violently, painfully, horribly sick. After 3 or sometimes 4 enemas, she will finally release most (if not all) of the liver excrement that is sitting in her intestines poisoning her blood, she will go from highly stimulated wired and tired to calm, and ready to sleep most times. If she doesn't feel better after 2 enema bags, she will do a third, etc. I don't recommend doing more than 4 because it can be hard on the intestines and have some uncomfortable side effects from washing the colon out too much, and perhaps open up to other kinds of intestinal infection (worst case), so just be aware. Taking probiotics is one of the best ways in my opinion to prevent these kinds of intestinal issues. Get something high quality, something kept in refrigeration and not just sitting at room temperate on the shelf.

The colonic is really important because it will really help release some major garbage from your intestines, which ultimately is slowly poisoning you (keeping a level of toxicity in your blood plasma). It is highly effective in most cases. Most Americans would benefit from it in my opinion because of our diet - we are guaranteed to have garbage trapped up in the intestines and colon. Especially after a liver cleanse, it is mandatory. If you don't do it then you will end up like me, in the hospital feeling like you are having a heart attack because you got a little dehydrated after the liver cleanse. I recommend going in for a colonic before you start the liver cleanse so you are used to it. So when you are ready to start your liver cleanse, plan to do a colonic about 2 or 3 days after the cleanse - call ahead and schedule an appointment, start your cleanse based off of the date you schedule your colonic.

Just a few other notes:

Once you do your first liver cleanse, you have to continue doing it every 2 weeks up to every 2 months. If you stop doing it, as liver congestion shifts forward in the liver, you may end up sicker than when you started. You stop doing the cleanse when no more stones come out, and it is recommended you do it every 6 months for upkeep. Many people will see some improvement early on, or little signs of improvement like clearer or whiter eyes, better skin color, a more stable body temperature (not feeling hot or cold as much), occasionally you will feel better temporarily after a cleanse (sometime just a day or 2), this is a good sign that you will recover after you finish up the entire cleanse protocol. Many do not feel improvement, or even worsening of symptoms for a season, but it's ok as long as you aren't continually in a critical state. In which case, and if you have no sleeping problems, Gerson Therapy may be more appropriate for you. Google Gerson Therapy and also look for the documentary on it. These kinds of cleanses take up to a year of time to really be effective. You have to take it easy after each cleanse for at least a week and follow all the recommendations and guide lines in the book.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to stay as hydrated as possible during the cleanse. On a daily basis, take a 1/4 teaspoon or so with 16 ounces of water 2 to 3 times a day. The salt and water will absorb into the blood. You ever drink a lot of water and feel like you just aren't getting hydrated? You don't have enough sodium based salt in your blood. The salt is what holds the water in your blood. If you get too much of it, your kidneys will take out the extra, which is OK if you have enough water. So make sure you drink at least 3 liters to a gallon a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but when you cut out all soda and coffee and tea, you can easily do it.

You can get gallbladder attacks even a week after a cleanse. My girlfriend had a series of them for 4 or 5 days straight. I recommend a measured teaspoon of Epsom Salts in 8 ounces of warm water to open the common bile duct and let the stones pass. The problem is that Epsom Salts are pretty hard on the body and will dehydrate you. Another reason to stay hydrated. They can also mess up your ability to absorb nutrition - I recommend juicing generally, but you may want to consider it more so while cleansing in addition to a healthy Diet and lifestyle. If you are not hydrated, and you end up getting gallbladder attacks, you may need to go to the ER for an IV. If this happens, tell the ER what happened and you think you are dehydrated. (Don't let them talk to you about the liver cleanse, they often don't have a clue what they are talking about...they are great for acute illness but the ER knows nothing of chronic illness.) After those 4 or 5 days of having a hard time, she slept for a solid 9 hours without any meds - that hasn't happened for 3 years! After that it was back on the sick wagon, insomnia, etc. But that was a great indication that when you really clean out the liver, your symptoms will start to clear up.

The liver cleanse is a very emotional experience. At times you may feel any of the following: lost, hopeless, despair, depression, uncertainty, fear, etc. Prepare by explaining to 1 or 2 friends that you are doing a liver cleanse and you would like some support. Remind yourself, and have others remind you, that the unpleasant feelings that come and go at different times is temporary, and you will feel better after you finish the entire protocol. Stay positive. Expect to be agitated, angry, frustrated, depressed, anxiety or panic at times, or other feelings. Having a solid support system can really make a huge difference. Make sure they understand that the liver cleanse is something you will be undertaking for about a year and you need to depend on them at different times, sometimes in the middle of the night, or if you are already really sick you might need help preparing enemas, or making meals or other daily tasks, etc.

Use luke warm (or a little warmer) filtered water, and try to hold the enema for up to 15 minutes. It takes some time to work up to that. If you manage to hold it, and try to poop and nothing comes out, your intestines have absorbed the water (because you were dehydrated). Proceed to do another enema. You want to do a couple until the water comes out mostly clear or clean, or you feel significantly better. Do not forget to do at a minimum (I know they are expensive) a colonic after every cleanse...it's like a super enema, but both are effective and necessary to recover from the liver cleanse.

Many people who are trying to figure out their health problems, like myself, grew up believing that anything regarding the human body is too complicated to understand, so just eat your meat and potatoes with your classic garden salad and red wine, and anything else go to the doctor. While it is true that you can harm yourself if you do not know what you are doing, the truth is that a lot of chronic disease can be cured with dietary changes, and the people who are further down the road of chronic illness are the ones who need to be careful about what they take. And like I said above, the doctors in the ER or Western Medicine are good for acute problems, but chronic illness they will fail.

That's so weird man I have the exact same problem and a very similar story ,I could beat all the boys even in highsschool -I could bench 220 @ 14 . .i had my first period at age 10- then my libido was through the friggn roof all the time till age 17..(I Prb "relieved" myself 1ce or twice a day -which I think is a lot for a female).then my thyroid got super low long with a bunch of my other hormones ..
