Yesterday was brutal. Headache on and off. This morning also woke with a headache and dirty fingernails! I guess the toxins really do come out everywhere! Three zits...avent had this many since I was a teen.

Vomitted again today...mucous and lightly bile colored.

Stomach was really rumbling last night around fiveish ( dinner time).
I was fine but when my sister unexpectedly stopped by with homemade chicken fajitas for dad and I it took all I had not to nibble.

I didn't weigh from day 1 but went to the Y today. No workout just weighed and sat in the hottub and weight was 155.

Getting odd aches and pains...leg..underarms..tummy. Like sharp stabbing pains that don't last long.

I'm doing this thing!
