I got rid of the hypoglycemia about 6 months ago. I quit eating ALL sweet foods, starchy veg, grains, fruit, honey, maple syrup, sugar, breads and all high carb foods. My diet is low carb, moderate protein and fats. You can chart your carbs using

I usually eat well under 100gm of carbs per day.
The Dr. Wilson article is excellent. He recommends a diet of protein with cooked vegetables. This is the diet I have been on since I started the nutritional balancing. I eat lots of red meat(hamburger and eggs). High zinc and sulphur diet.
It is a high carb diet that causes hypoglycemia.

I have not yet recovered from adrenal fatigue but the symptom of hypoglycemia is gone unless I start eating high carb foods again. The supplements that are recommended for NB will also help with the hypoglycemia.
