I have a question. Today is my 12th out of 13 days. I took an in/voluntarily 'break' on Sunday.
So far so good--except for back pain, periodic palpitations, dry mouth but otherwise, nothing major. I would like to keep fasting as long as I can.
My question is: would it be smart (advisable) to fast Mondays to Saturdays and have breaks on Sundays? I'm fasting to fix my depression, I think I still have major work to do, although comparable to 13 days ago I'm much better--I'm not sure for how long though. But I also have a spare tire around my waist, it would be nice to make it disappear.
I figure it out: with breaks on Sundays, I can easily fast more than 40 days, maybe even longer. Or at least, this is how I feel, now.
Any comment, advice appreciated.
