Hi Telman
I've had permanent bloat which came on very quickly some years ago... one day my guts were flat, the next minute they were bloated and stayed that way for about 10 years... I had put it down to
parasites and constipation of which I had both - never thought of a gallbladder connection as well which now I think factored in.
The first thing I tried to help myself was
colonic irrigation and it helped immensely to clear my colon at least. I've lived with "bloat" for along time... but several months ago... the bloat became so bad that I lost my appetite and started getting dull pain in the liver/gall bladder area and some acute pain in specific areas just under the rib, and I started flushing using the
Hulda Clark protocol. I have not had a scan so I don't know if I have sludge but certainly have stones... I did read about your sludge issue and how it had been picked up by you doc so I was interested to hear how you cleared it.
Regarding my stone count - I am abit queezy lately after seeing acaris in the toilet after a
coffee enema so haven't been counting my stones but have seen several floating ones in each flush, small brown, larger white, and big ones drop to the bottom of the loo.
Regarding
food intolerances .. none particularly that I'm aware of but the granny smith apples seems to make me bloat more than ever.
The flushes have been knocking me around, but very successful so I'll keep going with stone removal and every flush brings better health. I'm still constipated and rely now and then on the enemas and very occassional
colonics to help - so hopefully this might come good in time. I have half a thyroid and probably 2 parathyroid glands missing and this may also factor into my slow metabolism.
Thanks so much for your thoughts Telman.
