I am hoping to take the courses on line. I do a hot oil massage now and it is leading me to ayurveda. In the meantime I do a body brush sometimes using just the regular bath mits or a loofah brush, gently. I'm into tantra a little and so sometimes I even start with a feather because the tickling sensation actually starts to open the folicles (I learned this in NYC whilst taking a back massage course). After the feather I use the gloves to take it further. It's less of a surprise to the body, gradually opening the pores. I follow that with the hot oil and when I can! I will buy a steam tent.
