Hi Uat de fuc,
Nice to meet you...lol I am the sympathetic dominant gal. I was the type to push push and push until I couldn't push no more until I became bed ridden. Boy how my thinking had to change...and I am still working on that issue. I am sure some of it is from the way I grew up...but I know for a fact after I had the 4 tooth metal bridge place in my mouth with mercury filling is when my body could not rest at all, not even at night. It took approx. 3-4 months to kick is big time and this was in 1997-98...it has been a road of sleepless nights, anxieties, hypoglycemia, anger, depression, mood swings and not letting go of things, just a spiral down to the point of where I got to in 2009.
3. Biochemical or nutritional causes of sympathetic dominance. Copper imbalance is always present with this pattern. In fact, a low hair potassium, Dr. Eck found, is always an indicator for hidden copper toxicity. To read more about copper, read Copper Toxicity Syndrome.
Other toxic metals, especially mercury and cadmium, or even toxic chemicals in the body may also irritate and drive a person even when he or she wants to relax.
The three amigos are always present in excess as well. They help support the sodium level, according to our research. Note that they will often not be revealed on early hair mineral analyses. These are aluminum, along with a biounavailable form of manganese and iron that are most likely oxides. These also irritate and stimulate the adrenals or the nervous system, perpetuating the pattern. For more on this topic, read The Three Amigos.
Also, fatigue also depletes vital nutrients such as zinc, chromium, selenium and others. These vital minerals and some vitamins as well are then often replaced by toxic metals such as cadmium, copper and others.
If one follows a nutritional balancing program, however, the toxic metals and toxic chemicals will slowly be eliminated from the body. As that happens, a person often calms down, worries less, relaxes more and the sympathetic dominance pattern disappears.
Many other toxic and physiological minerals can also contribute to the pattern.
Do you have any clue how you got to this point in life?
We made our own sauna and it works great, but I do not use it for the reason of sodium loss, may try in the fall..hubby and kids use it...cost about $70 to make, we use it in our small bathroom.
Will say the supplements helped me greatly with this issue.
Best to you,
