Vit D3 from a very relieble company! I would recommend u to buy 1000IU coz no need to take more 'IU'.. I personally take it IN a day (norm 400IU a day) and in this case it will last for u for 2 years!

Great stuff!! But at first u need to take it by little and then top up the dose gradually! Non organic tastes better than Organic but as long it is very valuable for a body then it is what counts for me the most!
