Hi!
Wondering if anyone here might have some advice for me with a problem I've been dealing with for the past year and a half. I've pretty much given up on "doctors" at this point after having seen so many and being told there's nothing that can be done.
I've been diagnosed with peyronie's which is scar tissue being formed in the penis causing it to bend and cause pain. It's minor but the main issue is that the underside of the penis "spongiosum" goes flat about an inch before the head. Not sure how this happened but I've experienced a lot of pain and soreness in the glans and since last year it feels like the head is larger and detached from the shaft. There was inflammation and I worry that the soft tissue has stretched to a point that cannot be reversed. Sex is painful because the head stays soft. Also feel a hardish "node" at the point where the underside goes flat (maybe fibrosis?)
Discovered Dr. Schultze only recently but being in LA I went to his store and got some cayenne tincture which has been helping with blood flow to the area along with ginseng and male formula.
Anyone know anything topical that would be safe? Or a naturopath who might specialize in something of this sort?

This is a reply to # 1,989,128Thank you for the reply however I am already aware of Neprinol and unfortunately it hasn't been any help. Does anyone possibly know of a Naturopath in LA that has experience with men's sexua| health? I've seen numerous profiles that list female infertility issues but none for men's issues.

Bromelain is notable for helping to remove scar tissue and nattokinase helps remove plaque.
You might consider visiting a plastic surgeon experienced in penile reconstruction but there are risks to this, including the loss of sensation.

This is a reply to # 1,988,992In Peyronie’s disease, a very similar thickening occurs along the shaft of the penis, making erections increasing “curved” and painful. In both cases, rubbing SSKI (Potassium Iodide) into the thickened tissue at least twice daily softens and lessens the fibrotic area over a period of several months, allowing for more normal function.
For these conditions, it’s additionally helpful to take para-amino benzoic acid (PABA) 2 grams, three times daily, and to rub a mixture of Vitamin E and DMSO into the thickened areas, also. However, if “caught early”, SSKI alone will often “do the job”. (It’s also advisable to have glucose-insulin tolerance test done, as there’s an unusually high incidence of “insulin resistance” in people with Dupuytren’s contracture or Peyronie’s disease.
