Is it possible to have extreme abdominal bloating for several months and to simply wake up one morning and the bloating be gone? That seems to have happened to me. I woke up one morning 6 months ago with a very bloated abdomen. I had it everyday for 6 months straight. Now all of a sudden, this morning, it went away. I didn't really do anything except let my last meal of the day be at 4:00 in the afternoon the previous day. I don't know if I'm "cured" or not but I certainly feel better. Do you have an explanation for this?
The intestinal flora is changing daily. Depending on which direction this change is heading overall, you could create such a shift where one day everything feels better. Health is an accumulative process. It seems like a good sign.
