I have been on many herbal and glandular adrenal support, but only recently tried very low dose Hydrocortisone, 2.5 mg. The first thing I noticed was that it made my digestion work much better, however, shortly after that (a few months) I began developing many more bowel problems, but there were a few other things I was doing as well. Since then I've been too afraid to go back on the HC, wondering if that was the culprit of worsening my gut...
