I saw something long and skinny sticking out of my poop yesterday, so I dug through and there were TONS of thin stringy things, about 3-4 inches long. I am keeping a food diary for a diet right now, so I looked back to see if I had eaten anything that could look like this, but nope. I saved a few and took them to a friend who has a pretty good microscope, and they look like hookworms. I knew I had them once upon a time, but thought they were all gone. Guess not.

The past few days, my skin parasites have been very active. I know hookworm can migrate, but it usually leaves red squiggly marks, and these don't, so maybe its the strongyloides. Thing is, I haven't done anything to kill anything. I stopped all herbs and anti-parasitic foods.

Stranger yet, my cat started pooping and throwing up worms a day before this. Maybe they die en masse in the spring? I just know this is very strange.
