After a little while of using a steroid the tiny whitish buildup that I used to get right where the affected skin meets the healthy skin, on the inside of my lips, no longer builds up.

I assume its because the inflammation is going down.

I also have a derm appointment set up for Tuesday with another derm I met with at that Grand Rounds conference. She advised me to just use Vaseline, so now at my current point I want to see what she thinks about my treatment.

Also I wanted to ask her about whether she thinks about a topical Antibiotic like Mike used would be beneficial.
