I wonder if the chloride in magnesium could be pushing out iodine from the body just like bromine or fluoride. I mean in the FAQ it says that it pushes out bromine, so wouldn't it be pushing away iodine aswell? I want to add Magnesium oil to my regimen but still am not sure about wether it creates an antagonism with iodine supplementation.
Goitrogenic foods in the brassica family will push out iodine too.
This is why we supplement with large doses of iodine because it will push out the lighter ones when the dose is high enuf.
My mom has been having issues with this because spiriva has bromide and advair has fluoride.
When she stops the advair, she gets bad bromide doxicities symptoms, but when she stops the spiriva, she gets fluoride symptoms.
She needs to eliminate the inhalers or take super doses of iodine to combat these 2 iodine competing halogens.
