I would like to know, how may that are doing better on NB, that were in a severe stage of adrenal burnout, where the standard adrenal supplements were not working for you. ?

This is a reply to # 2,071,704Paulette- When I started my first test showed that I was in the exhaustion stage of stress. The lab reports only show the 3 stages. Alarm Stage, Resistance Stage and Exhaustion Stage.
I think if a person has chronic infections and leaves these untreated than they will have a very slow progress. When I started NB I also started parasite cleansing again and I really think this made all the difference in my case. After my treatments in Mexico I had a dramatic overnight improvement of about 25%.
It is essential to remove the stressors which have caused you to be in the position you are currently in with your health. See my post below.

We are all so different here and what may have helped one may not apply to another. The important thing is to figure out what your stressors are and work on them at the same time you are starting NB.
I was housebound like you 5 years ago before I changed my diet and got Amalgams removed and everything else that I have done. I had to eliminate so many different stressors before I got well.

My ongoing anxiety has been the worst and I think if I could find the source, I would see some healing.
It is not from a psycological source, as I have no stressors.
But, since the chronic weakness and anxiety first manifested over 4 yrs ago, I have had to rely on natural anti-anxiety suppl. which I've come to rely on every day the apst 2.2 years now.
So I don't know if I've built up tolerance, assimilation and or clearance problems with these, as once they've worn off, the anxiety is worse, the sycle goes on. SO wonder if these can react in a similar way as benzo's, with side effects. Thus causing conintula anxiety.
I've been eating super healthy.

This is a reply to # 2,072,112Paulette, Have you ever tried ammonia reducing supplements? I too, have had anxiety since I was in my late teens. Some times being worse than others, and I've even had years at a time when it's gone completely away. My anxiety is not at its peak right now but I've recently tried Ornithine to help me sleep at night. Many bugs that give chronic infections such as lyme, parasites etc emit ammonia which makes the mind race and can cause a lot of anxiety.
I'm dealing with my infections and at the same time taking the Ornithine which reduces the ammonia and helps me to sleep better. Might be worth a shot for you. If it helps you relax it might be a clue that you have some infections to deal with.

I was a basket case with anxieties. I am at 98 % healed with anxieties. I use magnsium oil in the am. noon and before bed and it does wonders for me. Let see when you get your results back if you are low on magnsium. Plus I was off the charts with my calcium which added to the anxieties. Once I brought the calcium down the anxieties got to atleast 70 % better if not even more.
I am sure you are in good hands who you are working with.

This is a reply to # 2,072,275Yes, it's worked well for me esp at night. L- Theanine works well in the day. But, as has already been pointed out, it's really important to find the source of the anxiety and your hair analysis should help out with that. Keep us posted!

This is a reply to # 2,072,112Hi Paulette- I think your hair test will help to explain alot of your health issues as Marie has already pointed out.
You might be really low or high in some minerals and this is creating the anxiety.

My gut feeling and experience looking back tells me my cortisol reserves are almost null. I can barely walk and getting weaker all the time.
No appetite and dark skin pigmentations on my arms.
I'm so praying I'm not into Addison's.
I should find out from Rick next week what my results are.
