Why don't you guys follow the low choline diet?. have you tried to eliminate choline from your diet? did you see the posted link to the choline contents in foods? are you aware that choline is not an ingredient therefore it is not on food labels and it's in thousands of foods so you have to very carefully read the lin from the USDA, the U.S. department of agriculture for the choline amounts in every single food, condiment, etc. wheat used to make bread, bread crumbs, grains, wheat flour,bran, barley are used in so many foods. that is why beer is not good to consume. Also spices (ie see mustard seed) soy in sauces, chips, nuts, soy lecithin in chocolate bars and cookies. choline in beer, nuts, cabbage, brocolli, flax, quinoa. foods you would never imagine. fried foods, fast foods, eggs, red meat, pork, processed foods all high in choline. Soy lecithin is on labels and is another problem substrate like choline and is used in many foods. eliminate these substrates (soy lecithin and choline). For example egg yolk contains 680 mg of choline. I have replaced eggs with egg whites which contain virtually no choline. wheat free cereals, fruit, most veggies, chicken, corn, are ok.
I have followed this list religiously and have seen almost 100 % improvement in eliminating all odors that have stuck to me for years. what a difference.
It is not that difficult. Because wheat and soy staple foods, gluten free, soy free, dairy free, wheat free foods are recommended and are available at health food stores.

give it a try. it only takes a bit of effort and you will hopefully see a difference.
although some choline is required in daily diet, a nutritionist or dietician may be helpful. I am replacing choline with B2 as suggested.
