I have until Friday. I am waiting on my last blood test results. If there is a problem with immunity, some people might need to address both fungus and bacteria infections. So, the alcohol-free Oral B mouthwash is something to try simultaneously. It is worthwhile to decrease dental plaque. After I go off the Spornaox, I will go on a stricter diet. I already take probiotics, which is important for the immune system.
According to the following information, I might have needed to also take Nystatin with the Sporanox. "The azole drugs are so well absorbed and reabsorbed by the body that the concentration in the intestine is TOO LOW to be effective. With Nystatin added, which is digestive system specific, very good results seem to be achieved."
I do not know if Nystatin is a weak or strong anti-fungal drug. I have not looked it up, yet. I wonder if I could substitute emulsified Oregano Oil pills (200 mg 3x/day) for the Nystatin. I saw the tip on the Dr. oz
show as way to eliminate bad bacteria, yeast, and parasites. It is supposed to heal the gut since 70% of immune system is in the gut.
Besides decreasing inflammation by avoiding Sugar
and gluten, other tips I saw on the show to increase your immunity include unclogging your liver and balancing your adrenal glands.
UNCLOG YOUR LIVER
- Eat broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, red cabbage.
- Take 100-400 mg of Milk Thistle to rebuild your liver cells.
BALANCE YOUR ADRENAL GLANDS
Lack of sleep and lots of stress can cause high levels of cortisol. If you have high levels of cortisol for a long time, it can cause too little cortisol. Low cortisol causes adrenal fatigue.
- Eat 1/4 to 1/2 of avocado per day to improve adrenal function.
A study found people who practice Tai Chi 3x/week for 10 minutes per day to have 2x immunity as those who do not. It massages and stimulates internal organs as well as reduces stress. The Tai Chi moves demonstrated on the show include Balancing Ying and Yang AND Repulse the Monkey. The Repulse the Monkey moves lymphatic fluid to get rid of toxins. The name of the move that really massages the internal organs was not mentioned. I do not know how to describe the action of these moves, but you can look them up on youtube or wherever. I was thinking of starting aerobics, but tai chi may be a better choice for me since it boosts the immune system.
