When I started the Volinsky/Gubarev protocol I was unable to hold the eucalyptus enema for more than 10 minutes (not the recommended 2 hours) so I decided to do what Gubarev suggested in another research paper which was to do it daily for 15 minutes. The first few days only small sheaths with air bubbles came out. The large ones in my original post came out 24 days after starting the protocol. Once they came out I felt significantly better but very emotional.

This parasitic issue is the last piece of my healing puzzle. Dr. Morse talks about the importance of the health of the body's internal environment - something I have worked very hard to clean up.
