My body temperatures were low for at least 12 years when my Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome reached crisis stage and I started seeing doctors. After a few months of Iodine titration they are now normal!
Just wanted to share the good news for those of you debating or wondering whether to push on through startup reactions.

This is a reply to # 2,095,615Inspirational, I would say. I am impressed how fast the temperature went up, only approx two months.
From your extended supplement list:
"lithium aspartate – 15 mg – lithium deficiency is commonly found with mercury toxicity and my hair test shows a good example. Small amounts of lithium have been found useful for improving mood, and lithium is known to function in Iodine management and as a neuroprotective agent. Some find it causes a touch of brain fog and take it at bedtime for that reason (dosing discussion here)."
magnesium glycinate – 1,400 mg (switched from citrate for better absorption/bowel tolerance)
-I believe the lithium can be a key for many on iodine, I can confirm the mood elevation from it. especially when I was off it for a few weeks, then took some. Increased energy also, and a positive change in psyche. I take very small amounts, not at night as it energize me too much.

- what was the difference from the citrate, how much citrate was the bowel tolerance?
