The past few days, I've been very hungry.
I had this phenomenon before, but I can't pin it down.
Last week, I had some super stressful events in my life - which I managed well, but I still feel drained. So I am trying to get extra rest.
But yesterday and today when I could finally "let down" - I felt pretty hypoglycemic and constantly hungry and the amount of food that would normally satisfy me was nowhere near satisfying. I think I had to eat double what I normally eat yesterday and today.
It's frustrating b/c I'm trying to lose weight, but I'm just trying to understand it.
I feel like if I was able to sleep all day (and I was not b/c I have my daughter today), I likely wouldn't have needed to eat so much.
I wasn't particularly very active today but still, I felt super hungry.
Though sometimes I wonder if it's *real* hunger or more hypoglycemic hunger or if my body is just trying to create energy through eating (if I'm not sleeping).
I'm also ovulating and tend to get hungrier around ovulation.
Can anyone shed light on this?
