43 hours. You're not supposed to take showers or brush your teeth but I make my own rules. I've also sipped about 3 ounces of fulvic acid minerals. I went by a pharmacy yesterday to get ketone strips to test ketosis, the only box they had left expired 2/13 so they gave it to me free. Only testing mild so far, surely I'm not absorbing too much water in a 5 minute shower? I need to work tomorrow so I will likey quit at 48 hours as I'm feeling weak in body and mind. I will juice up all my old green produce in my Omega crusher for dinner. I think I could have easily gone 3 days if not for work, no detox funk at all and my mouth remained somewhat moist.

They don't call me "stubborn" without good reason...lololol.
Thanks. I've learned part of the process is a sort-of 'burning' up of the toxins. I'd think the body would really GLOM onto water in the shower, but I don't have to leave the house for long periods of time, either.
I've avoided showers for long periods of time. Wommie's creams have helped me that much, yes they have!
My daughter says I don't even stink anymore. lol
I'm eating all raw these next three days, (today, tomorrow and Sat) then I might give this dry fast a go after that. (Sun, Mon, Tues)
Plans change tho. sigh
