I am currently on my 2nd day of a very long Water Fast
(yes, i have ALOOT of weight to lose) But i took a Women's complete multivitamin that supports:
Bone and breast health
supports healthy skin, nails and hair,
Supports carbohydrate metabolism and your body's energy metabolism needs.
But i don't think i will take them everyday, just every other day. Will that be ok? Or will that just slow down the ketosis process? Also I crush the vitamin into a fine powder so it can do down easier and wont be to harsh on my stomach.
Also, when will I begin to feel the symptoms during the water fast?
Should I continue to take the vitamins every other day, or everyday, or get rid of them? I have read some people taking a Flintstones chewable vitamin, so my vitamin shouldn't hurt, right?
