So I recently had a stool test with my doctor and up came something called Dientamoeba fragilis. Now apparently this explains the pinworms I get everyone now and then, which i take care or with vermox, as i understand the Dientamoeba fragilis goes hand in hand with the worms. The Flagyl has been prescribed, but after being so diligent with anti-candida methods for my other issues for so long, and after hearing so many people talk about anti-biotic use being the catalyst for candida related issues I don't know if I should go ahead with it. From what I understand the Dientamoeba fragilis can be present without that many symptoms so i'm not sure if its worth it, or maybe its contributing to my candida struggles? I don't know what to do.
