I have trouble posting 2nd messages in threads. I needed to complete my input below, so I opened a new thread.
Prolonged Water Fast is taxing enough to try and "complete" it with exercise on top of all that the body is doing to heal. Should not be done, simply! ... even if you feel well when exercising, you are robbing your system from energy and nutrition, that are used for healing, if you give it a break; just move gently and stretch; certain moving is unavoidable if you do not have whom to transfer your chores to.
My due respect to everyone who says otherwise; they probably do not have much healing work to wait for, so they probably only focus on what fasting gives/takes to their motor/muscle-fat system.
