if Iodine can regenerate human scar tissue is there a chance it can heal an anal fissure (if applied topically), which is very difficult to treat? I developed one 10 yrs ago and it never healed. only option now is surgery and im not thrilled at the idea of sharp objects near my privates :)
I cant say for certain if it will heal it, but logic would dictate that it should help.
Skin tissue is largely collagen based but also makes use of a lot of iodine. With that in mind, ask yourself whats essential to collagen production? vitamin C and lysine. Some other aminos and supps probably wouldnt hurt either like proline and chondroiten.
