The low humidity and heated air being very dry I do tend to have dry itchy skin. I learned from Deepak Chopra what to do for it. Here is a link from long ago about the full body oil rub.

Normally I rub the oil on and 10 minutes later take a shower. Here is a link for a better method if you are not in a hurry. Very relaxing and feels ooohhh sssooooo good!

Good luck and for what it is worth, just got through rubbing with sunflower oil, leaving on 10 minutes and showered. Oh my do I feel great!!!!
