Browse through the forum. People have gone through all kinds of symptoms and there are lot of discussions of how folks have dealt with them. You are doing an internal cleanse where toxins are being released so it stands to reason that you might go through some uncomfortable moments. It's just part of the cleansing process. I suggest that the best way to deal with any discomfort is to drink more lemonade and or water to help dilute and pass the toxins being released. I also recomend that you browse the forum and read the recnt post titled "Detox Stages" to inform yourself of the possible symptoms that you might experience at different stages of the fast.
