I recommend following guidelines that optimize the body's ability to correct for fungal imbalances. You'll need to convert the fungal form of candida back to its normal yeast form. Anything that tries to kill off candida will create anti-fungal resistant strains and a rebound infection. The resistance to the first antifungal product will eliminate its effectiveness from that point on.
You also need to boost the body's Th1 immune response. This is the most effective against fungal candida. It also helps to offset the Th2 dominance that candida promotes.
Probiotics shouldn't be taken until the majority of the fungal imbalance within the intestinal tract is taken care of. Information on that is found here -
