I did a Iodine douche to try and help fibrocystic breast and the next morning a bartholins cyst appeared. It's driving me crazy. I am very sensitive to Iodine whenever I try taking it and so I have stopped for now. It makes me so anxious that I want to curl up in a ball and hide from the world for days. I also get hyperthyroid symptoms. I have been taking kelp because I tolerate it better. Do you think taking the Iodine would make the cyst go away quickly or should I continue with the douching? The cyst is bad, but the anxiety is worse. But I am afraid the cyst will get bigger, it is only pea sized right now.

I have two endometriosis cysts on both ovaries. My endometriosis have been under control by cutting toxins and supplementing. However my cysts neither grow or shrink. So after reading the book about Iodine I start supplementing with iodine.
I had loads of detox symptoms. Anger, depression, etc. I am taking the complimenting nutrients but I stopped the salt protocol because it does not make me urinate.
It does not matter how much water I drink, my body just retains the salt water. If I keep taking it every 39 min it flushes my intestines. So I stop taking it.
Is it normal to gain weight?
I'm with my period now and my body is going nuts with all the toxins, I can feel my body full of estrogens. I had loads of pain, I'm so bloated and like a balloon. Tender breasts and so on. Usually after my period my body goes back to normal. Is my 5th day and I'm still bloated and with tender breasts.
How can I help my body eliminate the toxins?what the best way to do it if the salt water is not working for me?
Shall I take it even if it just flushes my intestines and there's no urination?
What about the weight?
I start taking time off the Iodine to see if my body can eliminate the toxins but I feel worst then taking it.
Plus so much toxin in my system is making my endometriosis het worst.
I'll be checking my cysts next month to see what stage they are at.
Any advice? Shall I only paint the ovaries and not drink the lugols?
