Hi :)) (again)
I know some of you think i m over complicating things but this topic just keeps my head busy and i wanna do the "right" thing..even if there might not be the "right" thing.
So far i ve just taken iodoral and didnt worry about anything except not taking it together with vitamin c.
Now i found iodoral pretty expensive on the long run and did some research on lugols. And it also happend to be that i ve already had one bottle of 2 percentage J crows here.
First tiem i took it in a glass of water (20 drops) and it burned like heck in my throat.... lasted a couple of minutes.
Then i read some put it into acv to remove the taste ??? (i believe).... or the effect of burning??? Or to make it better absorbable since Iodine
is alkaline and ACV is acidic?
Other sources said Iodine
should be taken with something acidic since all "minerals" should be taken witha cid (magnesium citrit, calcium citrit, zinc citrite and so on).
Does taht make sense?
What in vitamin c is bad or neutralizes teh iodine? just the ascorbic acid?
Thats not in acv right? So it should work well together???
Other sources say then that it doesnt work. That also acv does neutralize the Iodine
into iodide. But we do need both right.
SO.......... totally confused.
I d just like some experiences (since there might not be a right or wrong).
Maybe someone of you tried both.
Lugols without and with ACV and had different results to share with me.
I d highly appreciate :)
(xcuse the typos but i m on the ipad and its a mission to type properlry)
thx a lot :)
