I don't think anyone really knows (thus lack of comment from previous q) but if it were me, I would not even consider it. But, that is because I think eating pure, whole, foods without any additives
or artificial stuff is really, really important. I have no problem with the 72% - 85% cocoa organic chocolate bars, myself, even though they contain "some" sugar. Sometimes frankenfood stuff, even if lower in Sugar
than the regular stuff, can cause more harm than the regular stuff. For me, small amounts of Sugar
has turned out to be less of an issue candida-wise than how the body can be worn down and compromised by non-real foods. I DO use xylitol but only the pure birch (not corn) derived stuff and it also has anti-fungal properties to boot, so win-win. And then finally, if you still want the candy you wrote about, it would be best to wait until you have made some healing progress if you are just starting out. This is just my experience and I know we are all different, and ultimately your body will let you know if you can eat it if you listen.
