Hello All,
I had a pollen allergy attack for last three days and it got worse day by day. Yesterday I decided to just not eat and do LF. I must say that all day of suffering with drippy nose and itchy eyes and throat, just went away with one flush. I went out for a walk in the morning and there was no sneezing etc. I did get a little bit runny nose which has gone after I did my Epsom salt drink in the morning.
I had a lot of small 1/8" stones and sludge in my BMs. I am planning to do this again in a few weeks.
It is a miracle that one flush can have such a great imapct on allergies. I never had pollen allergy before.
Thanks to this forum, and the person who guided me here ten years ago.

This is a reply to # 2,176,089That sounds great Archus. When I started flushing more than 10 years ago my head cleared up after having had problems since childhood.
I found out accidently when
my DIL said her allergies were
terrible, I had been flushing for 3 months and I had no problems. The first 2 flushes gave me a terrible headache.

Yes, I am sure it does not work for all allergies, especially food allergies . However, my doctor believes and has helped many of his patients, that if you clean your liver and colon you can clear up your allergies. He says inflammation is the cause for all conditions. He also helps people with food allergies .
This time I did lemon and olive oil. Usually I do red grapefruit.

how much in mg
does the lemon or grapfruit are just for taste or nedded for the actual liver flush.

Here is one with magnesium citrate. Yes you need the combo of lemon/grapefruit and oil.

The first 2 flushes gave you a headache ? Did you do colonics or something after the flush to remove the possibly trapped stones in the colon ?

This is a reply to # 2,176,306No I came from the surgeon and I just jumped into the flush, no prep or anything.
I flushed first and then later started reading about it.
