I would say yes. A lot of people don't take the Ornithine and sleep well. Everyone's flush is different. Painful? If you suffer discomfort (which is very minor) think how surgery would feel and the after effects from a painful surgery and you will think a flush is soooo easy. Just remember to flush every 2-3 weeks. One flush is not enough. Good luck!
