Okay so my old blood test was less complex.. basically a TSH of 48.68 and a Vitamin D level of 21.2
That was 2 months ago...
Now results just got back from last week show
Vitamin D 24.9
TPO ab 162.
The 2 main things Ive been doing was stopping all Lugols Iodine
supplementation.. though I do take some kelp on most days... also making sure I get alot of sunlight making sure to get a good dose all over and places like my throat.
The vitamin D has creeped up a little.. Ive been going out in the sun on sunny days and having some cod liver oil but I was hoping it was going to go up quicker than it has.
The TPO level is higher than it should be so Im going to focus on just eating good... avoiding all Genetically-Modified-Organisms
foods and garbage.. (the last 2 months Ive been eating alot of garbage at times)
if anybody has any comments or suggestions on lowering TPO Id be happy to entertain anyones' thoughts.
I forgot about requesting the TG antibody test.. (as it was I had to tell the dr. office to do TPO and had to tell the girl that *I* ordered the test)
