I've been taking 1,000 mg Pyrantel paomote= 4 teaspoons at bedtime and during the night when I go to the bathroom my urine smells really off. The next day after taking this med I also feel completely wiped out so I have two questions in regards to this.

1. Regarding the wiped out extremely fatigued feeling the next morning after taking it, could this possibly be some die off?

2. What is causing my urine to smell during the night? could this be worm die off in my bladder or something else? the smell dissipates the next day, it happens only after I take this med during the night.
