Hello everyone,

I got to buy vitamin c to take with my iodine. However, a lot of people say most vitamin c is synthetic and can feed candida.

Whats the best brand of vitamin c powder?

  candida eats almost everything so i wouldnt worry about it. i have systemic candida myself.
  I take vit C withouth the maltose,dextrose, or any other "oso" type of filler. avoid fillers in general they hurt the liver.
