Ive done my first nystatin/ amphotericin retention enema, only 3 ounces to to start with after a bowel movement. I crushed the tablet ( amphotericin 200mg )because i dont have the powder nor a suspension. Im going to get the suspension as soon as i can! I just felt that thr powder does not dilute very well in water and not to much of it got in my colon/rectum. I was actually easier than i thought.And i turned quite a few times from side to side to spread it in the whole colon as good as possible. As you see i used a very small amount ...3 ouncrs but i could keep it in the whole night. I actually feel less bloated today but beside that there is not that much of a differnce. i do take oral amphotericin as well. It helped to control the infection and im about 60-70% better. I also stick to the diet as well.
DVJorge and many others used that method to cure themselves or become symptom free so how was it for you guys? When did u notice any improvements i just want to get out of this as soon as possible? Of course any individual is different but its just good to have a frame somewhat.

This is a reply to # 2,194,391Well, in my opinion enema is worthless if you dont disturb the biofilm. You re very lucky, than u ve amphotericin, which can target the beta-glucan layer in fungus cell wall. Nystatin is definitely not enough to cure candida - no matter what form of administration do you use.- Re: First Nystatin Enema done! What ... jacgues

This is a reply to # 2,194,393I also should ve mentioned that i ve tried nystatin + probiotic enema couple of times (i used really big dose of those to).

Then do you suggest that amphotericin be added to your procedure? How should amphotericin be used?
"Nystatin - every time i feel my candida is getting worse, i need to take at least one. I take about 4-6 per day, but if i eat a small amount of for eg. potatoes, i need to incerase the dosage up to even 16 caps per day.
Works only in gastrointenstinal tract.
Lufenuron - 9g per 2 weeks taken in 3 day per 3g after eating a meal rich in fats.
Works all over the body.
VSL#3, enzymes like nattokinase and apolactoferrin needs to be taken on empty stomach. Its recommended to take at least 1,8g of apolactoferrin per day, 450 billions of bacteria in VSL and 6000-10000 units of enzymes.
Im gonna test also monolaurin from lauricidin. Its the last supllement with antifungal activity, which i didnt try."

Usually, this drug is only prescribed if other anti-fungal drugs fail to resolve the infection. This is a reply to # 2,194,418I don't know. I have never tried amphotericin B, but i want to.
I do what i can to get it, but its totaly unavaible in my country.
I'd like to add, that the most important fibrin enzyme, which disolved biofilm (my parasite doctor has recommended it to me) is serrapeptase in dose about 600 000 units per day (its a lot) - must be taken far away from meals!

This is a reply to # 2,194,393Amp B doesn't target the Beta Glucan part of the cell wall. It targets the ergosterol synthesis of the yeast cell wall. Nystatin and Amp B are almost the same drug.

This is a reply to # 2,194,601I think many of you dont really get the point of it. Jorge is right. Jorge cured his candida with nystatin so why shouldnt it work in my case? Just that fact that i have like 70% less symptoms and that im still improving is enough evidence so i assume that it will work as far as i do the enema correctly. Second of all what many still dont understand is the fact that its not about killing all the candida you CANT. Its about reducing the candida population down to a MINIMUM respecting antigenic load. Slow but steady. Its the candida proteins that lead the immune system to a dysfunction.

This is a reply to # 2,194,688Dvjorge do you think the antifungals should be taken orally or rectally through enema or even both ways? I've found in plant form can I make tea from them and use the tea as enema? Now I'm just doing the diet for a month I see people getting better by taking nystatin enema (can I use liquid nystatin to do the enemas? I can't found in my coutry tablet or powder)and rounds of high dosage diflucan like 600mg for 4 to 6 days and stop for a month and repeat. Could you tell us all the symptoms you had? I have many, no libido, no energy, no emotions, brain fog, tinnitus, eye floaters.
