I started using Black-Walnut
tincture, about a full dropper full in the morning, just in case I had any parasites. I had done parasite
cleansing a few years ago and tend to do maintenance ongoing. After taking the tincture, the result was that I started to have what seemed like restless leg syndrome. This was very puzzling. In the past when I got rls taking more iron solved the problem. (Don't assume that blood tests showing normal iron are really adequate. A doctor, now retired, told me that "normal" in blood tests just means average. But he said he noticed down through the decades that average, due to toxins and depleted soils, had gone down.)
On reflection I noticed that the symptoms, keeping me awake, were like what I experienced when I did apple cider vinegar or 3% hydrogen peroxide in water enemas
that I did to kill candida in the colon. That is, at night I would have all these itchy and stinging feelings all over my body off and on. (It helps to do such enemas really early in the morning, to alleviate the die off effects, but that did not work with Black-Walnut
On top of that I was seeing a bit of that tissue like stuff in the toilet that seems to be candida, though I didn't think I was doing candida cleansing. Then I saw on the net that Black-Walnut
can kill candida. I stopped the black walnut and was back to a good night's sleep.
Just saying black walnut tincture does work to kill candida, but the side effects are not good. However, perhaps using less than a dropper full might help alleviate the die off symptoms, don't know. Just fyi.
What helped me sleep at those rls type times was to eat some carbs and milk, take another capsule of melatonin and soak my feet in some Epsom Salts
. You mustn't over do Epsom Salts
as it will cause your calcium to get out of balance and can even lead to things like coma if overdone. However, it does relax the muscles so to a limited extent I used it to help me sleep.
