I've had trouble eating raw garlic as it makes my stomach ache. The way I had been doing it in the past was not good (eating it with a baked potato). I've found a new option.
Cut 6 garlic cloves (Raw) into slivers (not diced)
Cut 1/4 California Avocado or 1/2 Haas Avocado into cubes.
Alternate eating slivers of garlic with avocado. The avocado has a cooling effect, so immediately after eating a sliver of garlic (with no or minimal chewing) pop a avocado cube in your mouth and it will calm the burn. I can eat much larger quantities of garlic this way than I ever have been able to before.
