Started taking copper yesterday. Small amount, 2mg twice a day.

I keep reading about people lifting brain fog with Iodine
and even though I have many benefits from iodine, I never experienced that brain activity explosion people talk about.
I don't know if I have a copper deficiency, so I'm not taking a lot to be on the safe side, but I think I needed it.
Also, I get warm about half an hour later. My body warms up for a while. :0) Love it!
It might be just what I was lacking for iron absorption. We'll see.
