Is it safe to wear contacts if you have candida. When I first found out I had candida it was because it was on my eyelids and would make my eyes water and cause it to get on the bottom part of my eye. I started the candida diet and supplements and it went away on my eye lid, that was 8 months ago. I am still on the diet and such, however in the the last 2 weeks I have switched my contacts to a different brand. The Dr also told me to get Refresh gel to put in my eyes at night before I go to bed, says it helps with the contacts for the next day. Well all of a sudden I had the candida appear on my eyelid again. So I am not sure if it is the contacts, the gel or maybe I ate something wrong? I wasn't having this problem with my last brand of contacts. Does any one have any suggestions??
