I am sorry to hear about your difficulties.
You are detoxifying, feeling crappy for the first few days is normal. I suggest a coffee enema
(can search for it on curezone). That will pull all of the toxins currently waiting to be discharged out of you.
Are you quitting anything else besides food, e.g. coffee, cigarettes? That would make you feel worse, too, initially.
Don't give up though, a cleanse is well worth it, bringing tremendeous benefits. But like anything else that's great and worth having, it does require work and sacrifice. In this case the sacrifice consists of feeling bad for a few days (could take care of that with a coffee enema, trust me, been there, done that!). The payoff is a healthier, less toxic body, a clearer mind and a great feeling of accomplishment.
Just know what to expect, then you will not crash or lose your motivation within the first few days. Starting over the weekend is a great idea, too.
