Faerie
All mites lay down a thin tough film of a substance they produce. This is not visible to the eye and only shows up if you soak for an hour in something with a colouring in it. (I soaked in sulphur lyme dip, anything will do).
This needs to come off. They stay alive inside it. Your internal meds will kill any in your real skin and your topicals will kill any on top of the film. Nothing can get into this film. It has to come off. Every day. Until you are cured.
If you soak for at least half an hour in Arm & Hammer then scrub...it will come off.
If you soak in just ordinary washing soda (half a cup in a tub) then scrub....it will come off.
If you dont want to soak go buy twenty tubes of URea cream or salicylic acid cream and rub it on every day, then scrub.......it will come off.
This is the key to why people think they are cured and they "come back"..there are still some alive in this film.
Go soak in some ordinary detergent with food colouring in it for an hour and then look at your skin. You will be totally freaked out. It is the toughest thing I have ever seen. I cut it and scraped it off with a razor blade and there was healthy skin underneath. Before I soaked I could not see anything at all.
This film is the reason cures are so hard to obtain.
I thought I was totally cured but the sores on my feet would not heal. When I soaked the whole foot was covered in this film which turned lumpy when soaked.
