i wasnt able to learn a ton abt any of the extra ingredients but pulled the below info from various chinese medicine sites
pyrrosia sheareri (shi wei / felt fern)- clears damp heat +treats blocked urinary function. good for gonorrhea +for expelling phlegm.
alisma root (ze xie / water plantain)- mild diuretic +antibiotic. helps remove fatty deposits from liver. fever reducer.
astragalus root (huang qi / milkvetch)- spleen +liver protectant. vasodilator. increases urine production.
corydalis (yan hu suo)- used to treat chronic pain was all i could find
japanese climbing fern spore (lygodium japonicum)- also used for gonorrhea?
amber (hu po)- promotes urination. calms tremors. reduces swelling.
chinese licorice root (gan cao)- liver protective. anti convulsant. anti ulcer. promotes insulin secretion.
i guess this kinda seems like a lot of extra stuff to me that appears maybe more directed at the kidneys than the liver. my liver seems to like the pills but i want to get some plain gold coin grass to compare.
what extra ingredients are in the sensible health golden coin grass tincture? ive heard it contains bupleurum
